ServiceLogic consists of a suite of highly integrated service industry related computer software modules that have evolved through continued development and partnerships with service contractors and local authority DLOs since 1990. Although designed primarily for the heating service industry, the flexible parameter driven approach of the developments allow for the relatively simple adaptation to other service related industries.

Developed using Microsoft Visual Basic, Microsoft SQL Server and Seagate Crystal Reports the system offers simple, instant, real-time integration with other Microsoft Products including Microsoft Office. Designed with the user in mind the system offers a similar look and feel to standard Microsoft products allowing new users to navigate the system with ease. The ServiceLogic modules are complemented by additional optional modules that provide financial and management tools. ServiceLogic system houses a standard interface to Sage Accounting products as well as the option to interface to other third party products subject to specification.
