Introduction
The application suite known as CoolLogic consists of a suite of fully integrated bottled water and equipment distribution, maintenance and financial software modules that have evolved to their current state of functionality through continued developments and partnerships with companies already in the trade or similar distribution trades.
Developed exclusively using Microsoft development tools, Microsoft SQL Server data tools and Crystal Decisions reporting tools the system offers simple, instant, real-time integration with other Microsoft Products. These include but are not limited to Microsoft Office facilitating the seamless transfer of data from the application to common office tools without the need for highly trained, computer literate users.
The feature rich, multi-site office based systems are complemented with a mobile, in the field real-time two-way mobile based suite of programs that facilitate the full workflow of a customer sales orders or service requests from request to electronic signed document production, basically a full paper-less distribution system.
CoolLogic Water Suite
We were asked by Princes Gate CoolWater to provide a distribution system for them and as the system grew we thought wouldn’t it be a good idea to offer this system already tailored for the Water Cooler Distribution industry to toher similar companies. The feature rich system has grown and evolved to its current state and more recently Best Water Technology Limited BWT have invested into both the CoolLogic and Servicelogic Water systems to control their national water distribution and control activities with CoolLogic as their water softener installation and service activities with ServiceLogic.
The CoolLogic Water suite has now also been successfully hosted in the cloud for a South African based Water Company Living Water.
Pricing
The pricing of the product remains flexible based upon modules implemented and levels of bespoke programming required to meet your precise needs. I must stress that we will strive to meet all budgetary constraints with the removal of unnecessary modules, attractive payment terms and software licence leasing where this becomes a deal breaker.
3rd Party System Integration
We are Sage developers and have a great deal of experience integrated at source code level through data objects and other wise with smaller sage 50 products as well as the larger sage enterprise products. We have also had direct experience with integration to the cloud based Xero system for smaller clients as well as other systems such as Woo Commerce, Quickbooks, Zonal, Sage 50, 100 etc.

Expertlogic have also for many years supported its own set of financial modules, when a decision was made to re-brand our core products the extensive availability of more cost effective financial solutions was the reason for the postponement of plans to rebrand the financial elements and we concentrated on integrations as an alternative solution.
